The general layout of the application is similar to that of an email package. The user is presented with a number of folder options including Inbox, Outbox, Sent, Failed, Draft and Archive. The application provides options for the composed message to be sent to single or multiple users either immediately or at any time or date in the future.

All messages that the operator attempts to transmit are logged in the Archive folder. Selecting a message from the Archive shows the complete transmission history of the message from its original composition. If a message has failed and is then resent at a later time, a complete record of all the timings is maintained. This function provides a powerful management tool for long term auditing of message transmissions.

Customised forms are available which allow pre-designed templates to be used for different applications. These may include ambulance ASI forms, delivery forms, passenger pick up data etc.
