By order of the Board of Directors, effective from 19th August 2009, the following appointments are promulgated.

* Mr J, B Rosson is appointed Chairman and CEO.
* Mr C. Green is appointed Managing Director.
* Miss C. Rosson is appointed Marketing Director.
* Mr D. Adams is appointed Financial Director, reporting Directly to Mr J. B. Rosson
and Dr. R. J. Mason.
* Mrs J.A. May is appointed PA to Chairman and CEO, and is responsible for maintaining the company order book and invoicing.
* Dr R.J. Mason is to continue as Technical Director
