North East Ambulance
North East Ambulance Service has been long standing customers of Terrafix.
2008 saw North East upgrade all their A&E and PTS fleets to the TMC 1450 utilising GPRS communications. The TMC 1450 provides North East with full colour touch screen technology and advanced software functionality. North East decided to upgrade their existing system of the Terrafix TDT 2000 with external satellite system to the TMC which encompasses the functionality from both units into one complete system.
The introduction of the TMC 1450 into the PTS fleet enables the service to manage their fleets more efficiently and effectively, providing full two-way scheduling, data and statuses.
