General
Terrafix are the main provider of Mobile Data and Automatic Vehicle Location systems to the Ambulance Services in the UK.
The first system was installed in 1991 in West Midlands Ambulance Service with subsequent services over the years choosing Terrafix, to the most recent system supplied to the South East Coast Ambulance Service.
Every Terrafix System is tailored to the ambulance service’s individual requirements and allows them the ability to manage their fleets more efficiently and effectively.
Terrafix endeavour to build a close working relationship with all the ambulance service staff and over time as the requirements change Terrafix are able to adapt and enhance the existing system to meet their needs.
